Anectodal, but I did this with my egg allergy as a kid. I would have sweats or candy bar with egg in low amounts all the time (as well as fish and some things with peanut residue).
ReplyDeleteFifteen years later, eggs and fish will only bother me in very high amounts. Peanut allergy is still there, though not as severe.
None of these were every so severe as to cause airway problems, though...mainly very bad itching and hives.
