i think the bmj group already did, as they recently launched a point of care tool, i have been told that in the US and Canada this is called BMJ Point of Care: http://group.bmj.com/products/evidence-centre/bmj-point-of-care-1

i think they offer free trials so I am going to register for best practice as I am based in germany.
