FutureDocs I have wondered that too...had seen @TIME in Medline before
bmljenny Since 1998 PubMed has selectively indexed a number of consumer mags. They don't consider them scientific.
giustini How did TIME article get indexed in PubMed? http://bit.ly/NtClC Ves, these are 'out of scope', only in PubMed, not MEDLINE
giustini ...and, as pointed out, some consumer health cites are 'out of scope' AND indexed in MEDLINE
