ReplyDeleteYes being healthy and looking good is as simple as that.. walk or cycle to work, leave the car at home.. eat healthy foods- make a habit of it: low GI, high fiber, low saturated fat, low salt and sugar- a balanced diet of a variety of nutrients and meditate or do yoga.. or do something you enjoy, listen to relaxing music, find a hobby, whatever you fancy.
