To put it simply, cellphones and including those new technological gadgets had somehow became a distraction to many especially if used in the wrong way, wrong time and wrong place. Common sense may tell us that using cell phones during driving is wrong, yet we can't handle a bad habit, eh. And that is using cellphones even while driving. I guess, the solution for this problem is primarily "self discipline".
