CNN Video: Using Twitter from the operating room for education

I am not sure that Twitter is the best teaching tool in the described setting but may be I am just being too conservative. In any case, I cannot imagine the patient's family being happy to see the real-time tweet "this is a huge tumor!" during cancer surgery.
