East meets West. You know that something is going on when the internet CEOs start yoga classes. This NYTimes article (Meditate on This: A Nationwide Chain of Yoga Studios) describes the story of 2 former Ask Jeeves.com CEOs who developed HTN, LBP and were on the brink of a health disaster when they found the relaxing power of yoga. One of them was marvellously healed of his illnesses, and the other one takes BP meds "only occasionally" (definitely not recommended! - BP meds are supposed to be taken daily). Both CEOs reportedly feel much better and are planning to open a nationwide chain of yoga training centers. Not bad. Yoga and tai-chi - the way to go! Oh, by the way, they quit from Ask Jeeves... May be that helped a little bit, what do you think?
